English version below
Jestem psycholożką i psychoterapeutką poznawczo-behawioralną.
Swoje ponad piętnastoletnie doświadczenie zawodowe zdobywałam w Polsce i Wielkiej Brytanii w publicznej i prywatnej służbie zdrowia, organizacjach pozarządowych i ośrodkach pomocy społecznej. Uzyskałam brytyjski i europejski certyfikat terapeuty poznawczo-behawioralnego (BABCP i EABCT).
Przełamujemy niepomocne i ograniczające schematy, aby budować życzliwszy stosunek do siebie samego, rozwijać swoje wewnętrzne zasoby i lepiej zaspokajać swoje naturalne potrzeby emocjonalne.
Swoją pracę regularnie konsultuję w procesie superwizji i uczestniczę w dodatkowych szkoleniach.
English:
I am a psychologist and a Cognitive-Behavioural Therapist. I have been supporting people struggling with mental health difficulties since 2009. I strive to provide non-judgmental, supportive space where people can understand themselves better, learn to overcome their struggles and build a more meaningful, satisfying life. I am here to support you if you are experiencing anxiety, low mood, lack of direction, loneliness, low confidence, stress or difficulties in your work life and relationships.
I am experienced in working with people representing different cultural backgrounds. As I have worked, studied or trained abroad (in the UK, Belgium and Spain) I am here to support people who are experiencing the joys and challenges of making a life for themselves in another country.
In my practice I draw from a variety of different evidence-based therapeutic models that are based on collaborative exploration, planning practical steps to overcome one's struggles and building resilience: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy) and Compassion-Focused Therapy. Additionally, I have completed 2-year systemic training focusing on understanding the interpersonal and relational aspect of individual difficulties.
If you have any questions about psychotherapy and how it can help you, I encourage you to get in touch with me or book an appointment to see whether you would be ok working with me to overcome your struggle and improve your life.
