O mnie
W pracy łączę wiedzę z zakresu psychologii klinicznej z neurobiologią i procesami poznawczymi.
Zakres wsparcia:
1. Dzieci i Rodzice
Wspieram rodziców w zrozumieniu ścieżki rozwojowej ich dziecka. Pomagam w determinowaniu natury problemu, wstępnej diagnozie oraz opracowaniu planu działań wspierających.
Obszary: Spektrum autyzmu, ADHD, zaburzenia integracji sensorycznej (SI), trudności behawioralne i emocjonalne, problemy adaptacyjne.
Obszary: Diagnoza ADHD i spektrum autyzmu, neuroróżnorodne wzorce funkcjonowania w dorosłości, trudności w regulacji emocji, funkcje wykonawcze, budowanie tożsamości w oparciu o diagnozę.
Cel: Zrozumienie podłoża swoich trudności, wypracowanie strategii radzenia sobie w życiu zawodowym i osobistym oraz akceptacja własnej neuroatypowości.

English version:
About Me
My name is Zuzanna Benamer, and I am a psychologist with a clinical specialization. I earned my degree from the University of the National Education Commission (UKEN) in Krakow. My Master’s thesis, which focused on the experiences of mothers of children on the autism spectrum, along with my postgraduate studies in pedagogical preparation, shaped my professional path toward supporting both family systems and adults navigating neurodiversity.
My Methodology: A Holistic Approach
In my practice, I integrate knowledge from clinical psychology with neurobiology and cognitive processes. I believe that the challenges we face are rooted not only in emotions but also in the biological functioning of the nervous system. I utilize the ICD-11 and DSM-5 classifications in order to provide the most reliable and up-to-date diagnosis and psychoeducation.
Scope of Support:
1. Children and Parents:
I support parents in understanding their child's developmental path. I assist in determining the nature of the issue, providing a preliminary diagnosis, and developing a supportive action plan.
Areas of Focus: Autism spectrum, ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD), behavioral and emotional difficulties, and adjustment issues.
Main area of assistance: Children who are not reaching developmental milestones or exhibit atypical behaviors, as well as parents experiencing parental burnout who need specific, actionable recommendations.
2. Adults (Autism Spectrum and ADHD)
I work with adults who suspect they may be neurodivergent or have already received a diagnosis and wish to better understand their way of functioning.
Areas of Focus: Diagnosis of ADHD and ASD, neurodivergent patterns of functioning in adulthood, emotional regulation difficulties, executive functions, and building an identity based on their diagnosis.
Goal: To understand the root of your difficulties, develop coping strategies for professional and personal life, and achieve self-acceptance of your neuroatypicality.
What Will You Gain Through Consultation?
